Pullman Bakery

The Japanese are known for their desserts, cakes and bakes. There are a couple of Japanese bakery in Singapore but my favorite is still the Pullman Bakery and there is only 1 outlet despite its popularity

The bakery is very bright, cleanly designed and welcoming.

Each bread has clear labels in front on the ingredients

They also have a couple of fridges stocked up with many Japanese milk, yogurt drinks and fruit juices

Here are some of my favorites from the bakery. The cheese o yaki is cheese fluffy bread pan fried till the skin is crispy.

The bacon egg is like an English muffin with a whole egg, bacon and mayonnaise inside the bread. This is a breakfast in its own and best eaten warm

This is a very traditional bun wrapped with chikuwa fish cake. The sweetness of the bread paired with the fish cake is a perfect match

This is my most favorite which is the french walnut and raisin milk stick. The bread is soft with a crunchy bite of walnut and sweet aftertaste of raisin. The creamy milk cream in between the bread is sweet and fragrant like fluffy condensed milk.

The bread sold here is of gourmet patissier standards with prices ranging from SGD 1.80 to SGD 2.80
