This will be a really short review, since this lounge is very small and located within Lhasa International Airport. As part of our ticket purchase with Trip.com, we were given 2 free passes to the lounge
With only 1 lounge in the airport, many people were actually logging in to get some rest before boarding their flights. Located just next to our boarding gates, we had to show the QR codes for our free passes to gain entry
The lounge was quite spacious with many different seating areas. The area nearer to the food section had proper dining tables, while the other areas had more lounging sofas with low tables. The overall furnishings are clean and well-maintained, but quite dated in design
The food area has a cabinet which keeps the sanitised cutlery, which is very good for hygiene. There were simple drinks like coffee, tea and mineral water. They also had cup noodles and hot water provided. For hot meals, they provided fried noodles, stir-fried meat and white rice. Snacks like biscuits, bread and chips were also provided
Overall, there wasn’t much in the lounge, but it provided a clean and quiet environment for those who want to rest before their flight. There are also no shower facilities, and the toilets are located outside the lounge itself, but the low sofas were definitely more comfortable than the ones at the boarding gates
