Firstly for ingredients, you need the following:

3 pieces of KFC original recipe chicken

2 cups of rice

1 bowl of chicken broth

Soy sauce and sesame oil for taste

Firstly, place your washed rice in the rice cooker without any water. We will cook the rice with chicken broth so fill up the cooker with the amount of broth as with the amount of water you need to cook rice.

Rule of thumb, the ratio of liquid to rice is always 1:1. Put in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

The KFC chicken rice is now ready to be served. The process of making this is extremely easy and even children are able to make this on their own. Surprisingly, the taste is also quite nice as the flavouring of the KFC chicken is infused into the rice and the rice itself bears the sweetness of the chicken broth. For those with leftover KFC chicken, you can give this a try and you won’t regret it.
