I was not able to find the restaurant updated in Google Maps or search, but the address is available in Baidu Maps, as well as the Chinese food review app Dianping

We chose the restaurant for dinner as we saw their bright signboard all the way from our hotel, which is on the opposite side of the road. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor of the Chang Tai Square mall and occupies quite a big area. As we visited past the meal time, there was no queue at all
The restaurant interiors are huge and spaced out between tables to include pottery to create a comfortable dining environment. The bigger tables are nicely spread out in small circular booths, while the smaller tables are lined up nearer to the entrance of the restaurant
There is a small area for customers to make their own dips and sauces with the usual ingredients like cut chilli, spring onions, garlic, sesame and sugar. There are also some pre-made chilli sauces and fermented bean sauce for use

We went with a split hotpot with a selection of 2 broths, the mushroom broth and the tomato broth
As it was really a late dinner, we did not order many items. We had the pork belly, luncheon meat and pig blood tofu for our meat items. The pricing was reasonable, although the serving was on the smaller side. The ingredients were generally fresh and tasted natural
Other items we had included the prawn paste and puffy tofu, which actually bursts in your mouth once it is cooked. This item was something which really surprised us, as I have never had something similar before
Overall, the flavours of the soup base were pretty generic with no special kick to be memorable. The ingredients were fresh, and the service was very prompt. Not taking the exchange rate into consideration, the individual servings were pretty small
