After dinner and snacks respectively, we decided to walk around the area for a cafe where we could have coffee and chill and that is when we chanced upon Chloe

We were attracted by the old-fashioned confectionery exterior of the cafe which reminded me of an English tea house with a revolving door
The cafe was spacious occupying 2 units, one side fully dedicated to tables and chairs for customers and the other side is where the cashier and dessert display is located. As we visited pretty close to closing hours, most of the cakes, pastries and desserts were sold out

I had a Macha Mont Blanc tart as well as a financier. The Macha tart was crumbly and buttery with semi-sweet Macha cream which balances out the sweetness of the tart base. The taste of Macha was strong with a light bitterness which only Macha lovers would appreciate

The financier was pretty buttery and sweet with a dense texture. It wasn’t a bad financier but my best financier from Japan is just too difficult to beat so their financier did not leave an impression on me
Overall, Chloe has delectable pastries, tarts and desserts based on the Macha tart I had as most cafes have mediocre desserts. I would definitely visit again in the day to try out the other desserts they have to offer but Chloe has a relaxing and spacious environment for chilling out with good pastries and drinks
